What is QC and Why It Matters
QC (Quality Check) photos are the inspection images your agent takes when your items arrive at their warehouse. These photos are your only defense against receiving defective or wrong items.
Complete QC Checklist
For Shoes:
- Check toe box shape and symmetry
- Verify swoosh placement and stitching
- Inspect heel tab alignment
- Look for glue stains and excess residue
- Confirm insole print and sizing
For Clothing:
- Check print alignment and cracking
- Verify stitching quality around seams
- Inspect tags and wash labels
- Check for holes, stains, or loose threads
- Confirm sizing matches the size chart
How to Request Additional QC Photos
Most agents offer free basic QC (3-5 photos). For detailed inspection, request:

- Measurements with a tape measure visible
- UV light photos for authenticity features
