Step 1: Account Setup
- Register at Sugargoo.com with email
- Verify your account via email confirmation
- Add your shipping address with accurate details
- Top up your account balance (PayPal, credit card, Wise)
Step 2: Finding Items
Use our Sugargoo Spreadsheet database to find items. Copy the product link (Taobao, Weidian, or Yupoo) and paste it into Sugargoo's order form.
Step 3: Placing Orders
- Paste the product URL into the buy form
- Select size, color, and quantity
- Add any special instructions (size check, no box)
- Submit and wait for agent to purchase
Step 4: Warehouse & QC
Items arrive at the warehouse in 3-7 days. Review QC photos carefully. Request returns for defective items within the allowed window.
Step 5: Shipping Your Haul
- Select items to ship together
- Choose shipping line based on speed/cost needs
- Declare package value for customs
- Pay shipping fee and track your package
