1. Not Checking Size Charts

Always compare the agent's measurement photos against the seller's size chart. Chinese sizing often runs smaller than Western standards.

2. Ignoring Minor Flaws

Small flaws visible in QC often become major issues in person. Glue stains, loose threads, and print cracks rarely fix themselves.

3. Rushing the Inspection

Take at least 5 minutes per item. Compare with retail photos from StockX or GOAT for shoes, and official brand sites for clothing.

4. Not Requesting Detail Shots

Basic QC photos hide details. Spend the extra $0.50-1.00 for detailed photos of logos, tags, and problem areas.

5. Forgetting to Check Weight

Accurate weight affects shipping costs significantly. A 2kg misestimate can cost $15-30 extra in shipping fees.

6. Missing Color Accuracy

Agent lighting can distort colors. Request natural light photos if color accuracy is critical for your purchase.

7. Not Checking for Smells

Some items arrive with strong chemical smells. Request the agent to air out items before shipping if this is a concern.
